The company will bear the shipping costs for returned products in the event of a manufacturing defect. In other cases, the customer bears the shipping costs.

Refund procedures:
After receiving the returned products and confirming their compliance with the return conditions, the company will refund the amount paid to the customer within ten (10) business days. The refund method will be the same as the payment method used for the purchase.
